Chef William Crawford CEC, AAC, found his passion for the culinary field after his return from Vietnam in 1968. He received his culinary degree in 1973 from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. His professional career began in the kitchen and then in hotel restaurant management. After many years and moves, his passion turned to teaching. He enjoyed seeing his students find their culinary nitch in baking, cooking, design, or law. His stories were memorable and brought the culture of culinary alive for many students.
