​Chef Deborah Trudeau CCE Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship was renamed in 2017 the Chef Deborah Trudeau CCE Memorial Scholarship in memory of a beloved chef, educator and friend. Chef Deb was a founding member of our chapter, retired from the Oakland School System and taught part-time at Mott Community College.

Scholarship applications must be post marked no later than
December 15th of the current year.
Each year the chapter may awards one student scholarship in the amount of $1000.00
​and one professional scholarship in the amount of $500.00.

​Chef William Crawford CEC, AAC Endowment Scholarship
​Chef William Crawford CEC, AAC, found his passion for the culinary field after his return from Vietnam in 1968. He received his culinary degree in 1973 from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. His professional career began in the kitchen and then in hotel restaurant management. After many years and moves, his passion turned to teaching. He enjoyed seeing his students find their culinary nitch in baking, cooking, design, or law. His stories were memorable and brought the culture of culinary alive for many students.
