Presidents Message For those of you that were unable to make it to the awards banquet a standing applaud and congratulations goes to our 2012 chapter Chef Of The Year Robert Zehnder of Zehnders of Frankenmuth.
We will again be offering a Serv Safe certificate class this spring held in Frankenmuth. Dates and times to be announced soon if you know that you are interested or in need of this class please contact me via email at pfahrenbruch@charter.net so that I can assemble a list of those in need of this class. Cost will be at $100.00 for those at an "ACF house" ACF house defined as a business with a minimum of one paid member in good standings. Cost for non member will be at 125.00 per person.
We are still seeking meeting hosts for some of our 2013 dates if anyone is interested in hosting one of our meetings please contact me via email at pfahrenbruch@charter.net or phone 1-989-652-9941 extension 3280.
