Our annual awards banquet and installation of chapter officers will be held on Monday February 13th hosted by Chefs Matt Cooper CEC, Bill Crawford CEC, AAC, Mark Handy CEC, Dave Miller CEPC and Doug St. Souver at Mott Community College.   If you are a paid member you should have already received your chef of the year ballot by US mail. If you are a paid member and for some reason haven't already received your ballot please contact Chef Rob Waskoviak CEC by email at robwas@poetworld.net so that he can include you to our US postal mailing list and send you out your ballot. With that said your votes are important to those running for this award if you haven't already returned your ballot do it today. Please look over the chefs bios at our local website ACF-Flint-Saginaw.org . Remember for your vote to count ballots must be post marked by no later than January 2nd.

Remember the early bird always gets the worm and it looks as though its going to be another year were some competitors will be turned away.
