President's Message

2021 Chapter Membership Meeting
Yet to be announced

December 21,  2020
Season’s Greetings fellow culinarians,

Thank you, to all of you for your involvement and support during this past year. And, what a year this has been with each of us facing many challenges from the pandemic both personally and professionally. As the Christmas holiday season is upon us the ACF Flint/Saginaw Valley Chapter Board of Directors and myself want to wish you a holiday season filled with health, happiness, success, and quality time with family and friends.

As 2021 quickly approaches we also wish you and your businesses a successful year ahead. Please make sure to support the local independent food service operators as they face difficult challenges like we have never encountered in before. We are in this together and together we will make 2021 a better year.

Congratulations: to our 2020 Chapter Chef of the Year Candidates

     Chef Brandon Reeve, CWPC

      and

     Chef Robert Waskoviak, CEC

Please be sure to cast your vote and return your ballot as well as any student or professional scholarship applications by December 31st.

Again, Happy Holidays

Mark Handy CEC, AAC
