Greetings Culinarians, Chefs, Students,  Family, and Friends,       

How do you handle work stress? 
Did you know that 8 out of 10 hospitality professionals experience mental health issues with in their career. 46% are not comfortable talking about it ! Our next chapter meeting will focus on resources that can help those who may be struggling.  Wellness is a struggle for many Chefs. 

Come to our next meeting and leave with a bag of ideas, suggestions, and resources to help. 
Signature Tea Fusion beverages will also be provided by the Mixologist from the Coffee Beanery.

Cost:  $20 for members and $25 for Guests
