- Chapter Chef of the Year ballots have been mailed (December 12, 2011) to all eligible voting members in good standing.
- Ballots must be post marked no later than January 2, 2012 to be counted.
- The 2011 Chapter Chef of the Year will be announced at the Annual Awards Banquet to be held on February 13, 2012.
